What I do

On-site chair massage takes place while the recipient is seated in an ergonomically designed chair.

No clothing needs to be removed as no oils or massage mediums are used making it possible for the massage to be conducted almost anywhere to anybody.

The routine I practice is based on a traditional Japanese masssage technique called Amma which consists of pressing, stretching, stroking and percussive manipulations with the thumbs, fingers, arms and elbows on pressure points throughout the body.  Using these same principles, my carefully choreographed sequence focuses on areas of the upper body that are most susceptible to the tension that builds up during the average working day namely the back, shoulders, neck, head, arms and hands.

The full massage is completed in around 15 minutes and has a relaxing yet energising effect leaving the recipient ready to face the rest of the day with vigor.
